The Security Cooperation Enterprise Solution (SCES) is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Data Management and Reporting Solution intended to improve the speed and agility of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case execution processes across all three U.S. Military Departments (Navy/Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force).  SCES was initiated in 2008 by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) and is being developed to support the case execution of FMS for International Customers.  Navy PEO EIS is providing acquisition and program management oversight of the SCES program as the capability is deployed to the Navy.
