U.S. military equipment and personnel are represented at four major international air and trade shows every two years -- the Paris Air Show and the Moscow International Aviation and Space Salon alternate years with the Farnborough International Airshow and the Berlin Air Show. Overall, various models of U.S. military aircraft and equipment and approximately 100 aircrew and support personnel from bases in Europe and the United States attend.  U.S. military personnel who participate in the air show provide aircrew, aircraft maintenance and administrative support.

Participation in these four premier events highlights the strength of the U.S. commitment to the security of Europe and demonstrates that U.S. defense industry offers state-of-the-art capabilities vital for the support and protection of our allies' and partners' national security interests.
