Enterprise Resource Planning Division

The Enterprise Resource Planning Division (ERPD) leads the Agency-wide effort to translate strategy into resources and successfully defend FEMA’s out-year budget through multiple Federal resource allocation processes.

The Division works with offices across FEMA to balance resources among programs according to the Agency’s established strategic direction, senior leadership priorities, and desired performance outcomes.

ERPD's goals are to:

• Build an Agency-wide focus on multi-year resource planning
• Mature FEMA resource programming through training, analysis, and process improvements
• Enhance Agency-wide understanding of return on investment and trade-offs
• Use analysis to enable fact-based trade-off decisions that maximiz desired outcomes
