  • Local Author Visits LSUS for Book Reading and Signing

    The book-launch for Shreveport local Ashley Mace Havird’s award-winning novel “Lightningstruck” took place last Wednesday during Common Hour. At the event, which was hosted by the English Club and English department, Havird talked about the themes of the book, read a few passages, and answered questions from students about the meaning of the story, the process of writing it, and information about publishing.

    Dr. Tami Knotts has been named the new director of the Master of Business Administration program at Louisiana State University Shreveport.

LSU Degrees at LSU Shreveport

LSU degrees are being offered through the LSU Shreveport campus and students completing these programs will earn a diploma from LSU.  Three of the four programs can be completed in Shreveport.
