Environmental Assessment for Fire Station Construction, City of Munford Fire Department, Shelby County, Tennessee (November 2010)

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and FEMA’s regulations for implementing NEPA at 44 CFR Part 10, an environmental assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts resulting from the proposed construction of a new fire station. Funding for the proposed project would be provided under FEMA’s Assistance to Firefighters Station Construction Grant Program, authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (2009).
