The current UARC Management Plan that was issued in August 2010 to provide better oversight, management and governance of the UARC community. The key changes from the previous plan were the inclusion of guidance on the process for establishing new UARCs (para F.3.) and clarification that UARCs are meant to support all DoD organizations with appropriate needs, not just the corresponding UARC primary sponsor (para E.3.d.).
