USFK Regulation 700-19, Invited Contractor & Technical Representative Program

This regulation establishes policies and procedures for the designation of corporations and individuals as Invited Contractors (ICs) and Technical Representatives (TRs) who work in support of the United States (U.S.) Armed Forces or other armed forces in the Republic of Korea (ROK) under the Unified Command receiving logistics support from the U.S. armed forces under the U.S.-ROK Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) and applicable U.S. regulations. ICs and TRs will be managed in accordance with (IAW) the SOFA and applicable U.S. regulations.
