For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Atlantic
basin Hurricane Otto, currently located over the southwestern
Caribbean Sea. Otto is forecast to cross Central America and move
into the eastern North Pacific basin as a tropical cyclone Thursday
night or Friday.

Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the
next 5 days.
