April 2016 Flood Insurance Program Updates

More change is coming to the NFIP as a result of two recent acts passed by Congress. This video will summarize the changes effective April 1, 2016. Many of these changes are a result of the implementation of the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act (HFIAA) passed by Congress and signed into law in 2014 and the continued implementation of Biggert-Waters 2012 legislation (BW-12).
