Fairchild's medical group does not have an emergency department or an urgent care clinic. All emergency services are handled by local civilian hospitals. The closest Emergency Rooms are at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Deaconess Medical Center, both are about 20 minutes away in Spokane. Urgent Care needs prior authorization from a primary care manager. Emergency care does not require a prior authorization or a referral.
