The satellite pharmacy fills all prescription refill requests and all prescriptions (handwritten and electronic) from off-base providers. Prescriptions called in before 1100 will be ready for pick up after 0800 on the next duty day. Refills not picked up after seven duty days are returned to stock. The telephone refill system interacts directly with the pharmacy's computer system, giving the caller an immediate status on the refill request.

TRICARE Online Refill Option

Mail Order Pharmacy
We encourage TRICARE members to utilize the MTF pharmacy services when available. The TRICARE mail order service ensures prompt delivery of medications to the member’s designated mailbox. Details are available at https://www.express-scripts.com/TRICARE/index.shtml.

Special Drug Requests
Special Drug Requests are medications that we do not regularly carry on our Formulary. Your PCM may enter a Special Drug Request directly through our computer system. Pharmacy staff will contact you with any questions and/or to notify you that your prescription is available for pick-up.

Prescriptions for Special Drug Requests from a non-military/off-base provider must be submitted to your PCM for submission & review. The original paper prescription from the off-base provider must be delivered to the Satellite Pharmacy for validation and if approved, the Pharmacy staff will contact you when your prescription is available for pick-up at the Satellite Pharmacy.
