Full-time job openings: In addition to its "traditional" (that is, part-time) workforce, the 176th Wing also has some full-time employees. These employees fall into two categories:
* Active Guard Reserve (AGR) employees are paid according to their rank and time in service, like members of the active-duty Air Force. Active Guard Reserve (AGR) vacancies
* Technicians are federal employees, and thus are paid according to the federal civilian pay scale. A technician is similar in many ways to a federal civilian employee. The main differences are that (a) they wear the normal military uniform on the job; and (b) to be eligible for a technician position, a person must also have or take a regular "traditional" position with the Air National Guard.
