It is located in the Grant Street and Liberty Avenue area of downtown Pittsburgh and has 23 stories, 2 basements, and 2 penthouse floors with stone, aluminum, and glass curtain walls. It houses 42 Federal Agencies. The consolidation of Federal activities in one building provides increased convenience and quality service to the public.
