The Bioenvironmental Flight is open Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630, and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training.
Dental Clinic

The Dental Clinic provides comprehensive dental care for eligible active duty military personnel only. It is open Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630, and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training.
For appointments and information call the Dental Clinic at (830) 298-6531. For urgent dental care during duty hours, patients should call the clinic for same-day service. Emergent care (such as active bleeding and/or trauma) are accepted on a walk-in basis and do not need an appointment. If you need emergency dental care after hours call (830) 298-5167.
Non-Active Duty personnel have a number of options available through the TRICARE Dental Plan. For more information about TRICARE's dental programs, go to www.tricare.mil/dental.
Family members preparing to accompany their military sponsor to an overseas assignment must complete all necessary dental work prior to departure. Family members requiring an overseas clearance can call the Dental Clinic at (830) 298-6531, to schedule an exam if this has not already been done by their civilian dentist.
Retirees and their family members are eligible for the TRICARE Retiree Dental Program (RDP). Call the RDP Enrollment Services Department at 888-838-8737 or visit their website at www.trdp.org for more information.
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

EFMP is designed to assist active duty members by addressing the special needs of their exceptional family members during the assignment process. Special needs include any special medical, dental, mental health, developmental or educational requirement, wheelchair accessibility, adaptive equipment or assistive technology devices.
The Air Force Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is designed to provide support to military family members with special needs. All branches of the military offer EFMP, and each Service includes a variety of personnel, medical and family support functions under the EFMP umbrella. Family Health Clinic

The 47th Medical Operations Squadron Family Health Clinic provides primary care to active duty, dependents and retirees.
Active duty acute concerns: Active duty members may call central appointments at (830) 298-6333, or use TRICARE online, at www.tricareonline.com to book an appointment with the Family Health Clinic Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630 and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training.
**There is no sick call for FHC**. To make an appointment call (830) 298-6333. You can also call 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273), Option 1, to reach the Nurse Advice Line after normal business hours for home care instructions.

Flight Medicine Clinic

The flight medicine clinic provides acute, routine and wellness primary care services by appointment to enrolled Tricare Prime beneficiaries assigned to the flight physician as their primary care manager.
Flight Medicine services are available from Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630 and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300. Return to fly and sick call hours are Monday to Thursday from 0730 to 0830 and 1230-1330, and on Friday from 0830 to 0930, and 1230-1330. Airsickness walk-in is also available Monday through Friday, from 1530-1615. The clinic is closed every third Wednesday for training.
All flying personnel (active or inactive) must call (830) 298-6542/6841 to schedule an incoming clearance appointment or annual flight physical.
Immunization Clinic

The Immunization Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 0830 to 1600. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training. Children receiving immunizations will be asked to remain in the waiting area for about 20 minutes following immunizations to monitor for potential adverse reactions.
Mental Health

The Mental Health Clinic is located at the end of the hall on the Pharmacy side of the main clinic building, and is open Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630, and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training.
Mental Health: Common services received at the clinic are intervention and prevention for mental health issues related to pre-deployment, post-deployment, stress, anger, anxiety, depression, adjustment problems and relationship issues. Call the front desk (830-298-6422) for any questions about eligibility or appropriateness of receiving services from the clinic.
Optometry Clinic

The Optometry Clinic provides preventive eye exams and other optometry services, including limited contact lens services, by appointment only. The Optometry Clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630, and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training.
The Optometry Clinic is unique in that it is both a "primary care" type clinic for prescription eyeglass services and a "specialty" type clinic for management of ocular disease.
Pediatric Clinic

The Pediatric Clinic provides acute, routine and wellness primary care services by appointment to enrolled TRICARE Prime beneficiaries from newborn to 21 years-of-age. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630, and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training.
Pharmacy

The Pharmacy is open Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630, and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training.
TRICARE offers several convenient ways for you to have prescriptions filled depending on your specific needs.
First, you may have prescriptions filled at the clinic pharmacy free of charge. Please be aware that not all medications are available at the clinic pharmacy
Second, the TRICARE Home Delivery is available for prescriptions you take on a regular basis. You can receive up to a 90-day supply, for most medications, of your prescription through the mail by using the Home Delivery program. Visit www.express-scripts.com for more information.
Public Health

The Public Health Flight works to prevent disease, disability, and premature death through administration of Community Health and Force Health management programs. Public Health is open Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1630, and Friday 0830 to 1630. It is closed for lunch from 1200 to 1300 daily, and is closed every third Wednesday for training.
Referral Management Center
