The military and civilian pharmacy staff at the 412th Medical Group, are always striving to provide you and your family the best pharmaceutical care available. All of us are committed to providing quality services, and to ensure that the care you receive is and continues to be the best you've ever experienced.
The pharmacy handbook and frequently asked questions have been created to hopefully make accessing pharmacy services easier and less confusing for beneficiaries. While it does not answer every question, it does provide guidance on most of our services.
