The purpose of this Video Programming Distributor's registry is to gather your company's contact information for closed captioning complaints. Information entered in this registry will be posted on the FCC's website to assist consumers in reporting closed captioning problems or in filing complaints with Video Programming Distributors.

The following information is being submitted pursuant to Section 79.1(i) of the Commission's rules, adopted November 3, 2008 (FCC 08-255); approved by OMB pursuant to Paperwork Reduction Act on July 27, 2009 (OMB Control Number 3060-0761).
