You know some of these people are right. They should be able to opt out of the warning system. That way if the government is trying to warn them of impending danger they won't hear about it. People thinking the government trying to test an Emergency System is a conspiracy are completely moronic. Those same people will expect FEMA assistance when disaster does hit and they weren't ready for it
