Oh my God! What is wrong with all of you people? What has this country come to? Get a clue. This is not Big Brother, or Govt Control, or socialism. It is a TEST OF AN EMERGENCY WARNING SYSTEM! If you want to make the system better, research to find out who the developers/maintainers of the system are and send them an email or letter.
