I agree with people who understand, that this test is necessary for all - human beings and not just the US. But we are lucky to be part of American soil and this EAS test is being done for us by our government - to aid incase such emergency does arise. With this test, they can help the people in US and in other countries that have no such systems in place. I think the timing at 2pm is correct as they don't want to disrupt so many lives at 2am - mothers with children, elderly folks and so many others etc. <br /><br />So please everyone, don't be so cynical about your government running a test, and just help your country by being part of it. <br /><br />J
