WOW, too many people are negative. You must be younger. Growing up (and I'm not ancient) I recall having tests all the time. For those who say they don't have a tv/radio and complain about how they would be notified...you say you're on your computer - hmmm...what is the fastest medium we have today of getting info? You guessed it - computer. Trust me, if there is an emergency, I don't care who you are, your social or economic situation, you will know!! Get with the plan and support your government, and realize this is to help protect YOU and your families. Nuff said!
