The Regional Telephone Office (RTO) supports telephone services for selected commands in Navy Region Northwest at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Naval Station Everett, Naval Base Kitsap (Bangor, Keyport, Bremerton, and Manchester) and Naval Magazine Indian Island.
The RTO will only accept work requests from Designated Command Telephone Coordinators (CTC). If you do not have a Designated CTC please send an email to rto.cnrnw@navy.mil and the RTO will send you the necessary form.

Please use the "Adobe Acrobat form RTO Work Request" to request service. When opening the request form you will notice a Javascript message (yellow bar) at the top of the document. Click "Options" then "Enable Javascript for this document one time only", then click "OPEN".
Complete the form then attach it to a digitally signed email addressed to rto.cnrnw@navy.mil .
The RTO will then handle your request on a first in first out basis unless otherwise directed.
