Wright-Patterson Medical Center is a 57 bed multi-specialty facility accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC).
Through a volunteer program, over 90,000 hours are donated annually by personnel from six separate groups including the American Red Cross, Retiree Activities Program, Masonic Services Association, Twinbase Childbirth Educators, Chapel Volunteers and the Civil Air Patrol.

Outpatient clinics are closed 12:30 p.m.- 4:30 pm. the first Thursday every month for mandatory training, on all Federal Holidays, AFMC Family Days and when directed by the installation commander during inclement weather.
