NEMIS HMGP is the Mitigation module of NEMIS. You may also hear it referred to as the HMGP System This system module provides a way to administer Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) information and grant applications.
The users of the NEMIS HMGP system are the Mitigation Staff of:
