Statement of Purpose
These awards recognize outstanding individuals who exemplify the goals and objectives of the Flood Risk Management and Silver Jackets Programs.
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. Comments provided will only be shared with the planning staff at the USACE during the evaluation of the overall study. Reports generated with these evaluations will show impacts only as aggregated by broad categories (such as commercial, industrial, public, and residential), no information will be released that can be used to identify you or your facility. The information collected will be managed in accordance with AR 25-400-2 records retention requirements.
