Dr. Bob Hamm, 12th Maintenance Group Deputy Director, administers the civilian oath of service to 11 of their newest civilians. “We show the PACE videos titled “Oath of Office” and “Core Values” to all of our civilian employees. We then discuss our expectations as a civilian in service to the Air Force. It’s important for our people to understand they play an important part of the 12th Flying Training Wing mission and making the effort to show them how important they are has had a dramatic impact in our workforce developing an Air Force identity”, stated Dr. Hamm.
