A variety of on and off-base housing is available to meet the needs of Sailors and their families. Family Housing includes two, three, four and five-bedroom apartment, townhome and single-family homes. Many housing areas feature community centers, recreation centers and MWR activities.
Under Public Private Venture, management and upkeep of family housing units in CNRSE have been privatized. Balfour Beatty Communities, Patrician Development, Hunt Building Corporation and Landmark Organization are the Navy's partners in the project and are responsible for management, upkeep and construction of our Family Housing units.
Bachelor Housing includes both permanent party and dormitories. Bachelor Housing is primarily for E1-E3 and shipboard E4 under four years as well as dormitories at specific training installations. CNRSE has all styles of rooms from dormitories to apartment-style rooms depending upon which installation you are on. Most Bachelor Housing is located close to workspaces and MWR facilities.
