NAVAL AIR STATION NORTH ISLAND, Calif. (April 21, 2016) Cmdr. Roy M. Zaletski passes through side-boys during a change of command ceremony held at Naval Air Station North Island. Zaletski relieved Cmdr. David S. Wells to become the commanding officer HSC 21. HSC 21 is based on Naval Air Station North Island and flies the MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter for its primary mission, which includes providing tactical and logistical support, as well as search and rescue and humanitarian assistance to the fleet.   • Sailors with Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 28, civil aid workers and local Haitian villagers unload supplies from an MH-60 Seahawk in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew at LaCohaune, Haiti.   • Line handlers assigned to Naval Station San Diego release the mooring lines as the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25), departs for a scheduled deployment. Wildcard Detachment Completes Deployment in 7th , 5th , 3rd Fleet AORs

The "Wildcards" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 23, Detachment 1, returned home to Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, Sept. 11, after a seven-month deployment in the Persian Gulf and Western Pacific on board Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4).
