Environmental Assessment for Construction of Fire Station #4, City of Pueblo, Colorado (September 2010)

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and FEMA’s regulations for implementing NEPA at 44 CFR Part 10, an environmental assessment was prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts resulting from the proposed construction of a new fire station. Funding for the proposed project would be provided under FEMA’s Assistance to Firefighters Station Construction Grant Program, authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (2009).
