The 39th CES plans, constructs, operates and maintains $1.5 billion in real property spanning 3,323 acres, 749 facilities, 850 housing units and five geographically separated units. The squadron also prepares wing personnel to survive nuclear, biological, chemical and conventional attacks, major accidents and natural disasters. Lastly, they provide explosive ordnance disposal, fire protection, environmental protection and housing services to about 4,800 people.
