The Employee/Management Advisory Services (EMAS) staff provides a full range of advisory services in employee relations and labor relations for all commands at Headquarters Marine Corps, MCB Quantico, and other locations (such as Aberdeen, MD, Orlando, FL, Camp Lejeune, Camp Pendleton) – wherever our serviced population is located.

WHO AND WHERE WE ARE:
The EMAS staff is located at the Pentagon and at Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ). The Pentagon staff provides assistance to all HQMC activities (including those located at Quantico), along with Marine Corps Recruiting Command, Marine Corps Institute 8th and I, and Henderson Hall. The Quantico EMAS staff provides assistance to all other activities.
