HROM-ARHK is the Kansas City Satellite Office for Headquarters, USMC HROM and provides federal civilian service advice and assistance to Marine Forces Reserve, Marine Forces North, Marine Forces Strategic Command, Technology Services Organization, KCI-RFF, Manpower Information Systems Support Activity, and the Marine Corps Detachments at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and Fort Sill, OK.
