The 39th CPTS develops, manages and oversees all base-level accounting, budgeting, military and travel pay, and cashier operations. It also provides financial oversight of all morale, welfare and recreation service activities. Additionally, the squadron provides financial counseling for the effective execution of all fiscal resources that directly support peacetime and contingency operations throughout the Republic of Turkey.
