The Board of Supervisors, in an effort to further open up government, voted April 2, 2002 to create this website to allow easy access to correspondence received from County departments. Supervisors directed memos and letters sent to three or more Board Offices be posted immediately after delivery. ACCESSING DOCUMENTS
To find a document, select the department that issued the communication (if you know it), the date of the correspondence (if you know it) and a key word to assist in searching. You may locate all correspondence delivered on a specific date by inserting only the date, or those filed by a specific department by selecting only that department. Please be aware that some departments postdate a document to the date of the meeting in which it is to considered by the Board of Supervisors if it is an agenda-related item, so you may want to check dates up to two weeks after the actual day you are doing the search to ensure you access these items.
