Terrorism Incident Law Enforcement and Investigation Annex

The purpose of this annex is to facilitate an effective Federal law enforcement and investigative response to all threats or acts of terrorism within the United States, regardless of whether they are deemed credible and/or whether they escalate to an Incident of National Significance.
