This presentation was given by Mr. Bill Baker, Raytheon Company, at the LEAN Aerospace Plenary Conference on March 23, 2004. The beginning of the presentation provides some corporate information about Raytheon. It then introduces the topic of Raytheon Six Sigma introduced in 1998 - "a new way to think about work". The presentation gives a histroical perspective on Raytheon Six Sigma. The main topic of the presentatino deals with "Embedding Knowledge Management in Raytheon Six Sigma. The Raytheon Vision is stated as:
