SAPRTeam Eglin's Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program mission: Provide response, victim advocacy, case management, and sexual assault awareness, prevention and response training to the Team Eglin and Arnold Air Force Base population.

Help is just a phone call away: If you have been sexually assaulted, please call the Team Eglin 24/7 SARC Response Helpline at (850) 240-3219,  (850) 882-SARC (7272) or DSN 872-7272.

Report a sexual assault?

Options?

If you have been, or think you have been, sexually assaulted:

 1. Go to a safe location away from the perpetrator.

 2. Preserve all evidence of the assault. Do not bathe, wash your hands or brush your teeth. If you are still where the crime occurred, do not clean, or straighten up, or remove anything from the crime scene.

 3. Contact a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) or Victim Advocate (VA).
 a. Eglin SAPR 24/7 Hotline: (850) 240-3219 or 882-7272 (DSN 872-7272)
 b. Arnold SAPR 24/7 Hotline: (931) 581-7494
 c. Or DoD Safe Helpline 24/7: 1-877-995-5247

 4. Seek medical care as soon as possible. Even if you do not have any visible physical injuries, you may be at risk of becoming pregnant or acquiring a sexually transmitted disease. The SARC can help you arrange this and accompany you to the hospital.
