Noncommissioned officers from five nations and the United States tour the military memorial and Worlds Fair Park in downtown Knoxville, Tennesse, Sept. 22, 2016, as part of the International Noncommissioned Officer Enlisted Leadership Developmet Seminar (INLEAD) being hosted this week by the Air National Guard's I.G.
