Writing a good statement of work will aid us greatly in the procurement of your requisition and decrease in the acquisition lead-time. This office will return a PR to the sender for correction for any of the following reasons:

Routed incorrectly
Required waiver not provided
Sole source justification not attached
Urgency Statements not endorsed at the proper level
Statements of Work inadequately prepared
