The Navy has created a comprehensive website containing extensive information on the subject of Additive Manufacturing, a capability that has the potential to revolutionize not only manufacturing, but supply chain management and a host of other processes. The purpose of the site is to “provide useful resources, news, and announcements about new initiatives for all service stakeholders interested in this game-changing technology. Fundamentally, this is a forum for collaboration. All are encouraged to contribute to its success.” As a secure web site, access is restricted to CAC holders. Encourage those of you who have CAC cards to check it out.
