Login and Registration Issues

MilSuite is available to U.S. military, DoD government civilians and DoD contractors for Government authorized use. Access to milSuite requires a valid DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and up to date DoD certificates.

Most installations keep machines up to date, but if you are accessing milSuite from a remote location or you are unsure if you are up to date, the Information Assurance Support Environment has done a good job collecting helpful procedures to get you up and running here or see the below links for known issues:

Getting started by Operating System

Technical Issues by Browser

milSuite DOES NOT officially support anything other than DoD approved machine images.

Manually Install Certificates

Other Issues

If you have the latest DoD certificates and are still having issues see the below options for possible solutions:

Account Issues

Have an account but getting Sorry page or duplicate account error

After registering you receive the Sorry page or received a "duplicate account" error message upon verifying your CAC information. This is normally related to your browser session caching your old session when you weren't a registered user, but also can occur after 30-45 minutes of no activity. Close your browser and start a new session by opening it again.

My account type was denied access to milSuite?

Account types that have access to milSuite are Active Military, Military Civilians, Military Contractors, Non-DoD Civilian, Academy Students, NAF Civilians, Non-Federal Agency Civilian, National Guard, DoD OCONUS Hires, and Reserves.
