REQUIRED INTERVIEWS
First Term Marines:
Initial: 26 - 24 months prior to the Marine's ECC.
FTAP: 14 - 12 months prior to the Marine's ECC.
EAS:     8 - 6 months prior to the Marine's ECC.
Career Marines:
Careerist: 14 - 12 months prior to the Marine's ECC.
EAS:     8 - 6 months prior to the Marine's ECC.

TRANSITION READINESS SEMINAR (EAS/Tr to FMCR/Retire)

Please be aware that Marines are now required to complete mandatory pre-work prior to attending Transition Readiness Seminar (TRS). Marines who do not complete the pre-work will be asked to leave the class. To sign-up for TRS, contact the career planner's office at 703-784-3248/3249.

If you are attending a TRS, it is highly encouraged your spouse attends with you so that the both of you are on the same understanding as to the benefits you may be eligible to apply for and receive. If you require child daycare, please contact the Battalion Family Readiness Officer for assistance at 703-784-2285.
