The Marine Corps Base Quantico RSO/OIC Course and Test is available on the Marine Corps Base Quantico website:

The course is accessible through all computers.

The link accesses the Quantico Testing Module. First time users must click on "Need to Register?" Fill out all the sections. For sections that do not apply to your service or organization, choose "N/A," "none," or leave the item blank. Once you have completed registration, you will be able to launch the course.

Upon achieving a passing score the system will automatically send the results to the RMB Scheduling Section. A small completion notification can be printed for personal records.

The course is valid for 3 years.

Personnel that find themselves locked out of the testing module should contact the RMB Scheduling Section to have their permissions reset at 703-784-5502 or DSN: 278-5502.
