Designated Government Representatives are the Government's Authority for performance management of Facilities Maintenance Section.
The DGRs assist the service provider with understanding the performance expectations as stated in the Performance of Work Statement, to include functional areas of Operations of Maintenance and Repair, maintenance and repair of facilities, roads and grounds; Utilities Systems operations and maintenance; and Logistics to include vehicle maintenance, base supply service and material maintenance.
The DGRs monitor contract compliance, contract administration, cost control and resolves any and all differences between the Government and the Service Provider.
