TRICARE

Complete all of your TRICARE needs by contacting Humana at 800-444-5445. You may also utilize many services available on-line by clicking the banner below. If you are newly assigned to Shaw AFB do not hesitate to contact Humana to enroll to the 20th Medical Group.

Pharmacy

Pharmacy hours of operation:

Main Pharmacy: Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Satellite Pharmacy:  Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and wing down days

The satellite pharmacy has a convenient call-in refill service. Refills called in before noon are ready the next duty day. Refills called in after noon are ready within two duty days.

The phone numbers for this system are (803) 895-6678 or toll free at 1-877-796-2273. The pharmacy cannot refill prescriptions originally filled at a civilian pharmacy.
