Subject: 2013 Combined Federal Campaign 

Thank you for your role in the Department's efforts to conduct a high quality and energetic solicitation on behalf of the charities listed in the Combined Federal Campaign.

We appreciate your patience during the recent government furlough when activities were suspended.

Department of Defense employees are advised that CFC campaign activities in the Continental United States may now resume. We wish you much success as you carryon a vigorous campaign to help those people who rely upon these local, national and international charities.
