Mission Statement

The MCI-NCR Marine Corps Base Quantico Explosive Safety Office mission is to develop, implement and execute a comprehensive Explosives Safety Program that promotes compliance with DoD, USN, and USMC explosives safety regulations, to enhance force preservation and support the training and operational mission of the National Capital Region.
