If that doesn't work, visit our password request form and enter the username or email addresses you think you used. Then, check all your email inboxes – we'll send password reset instructions to the account's email address.
I can't remember the phone number I used.

I've lost access to the email I used when I signed up.
Try logging in to your Twitter account using just the username and password. As soon as you are logged in, be sure to update your email address in your account settings.
If you’ve added your mobile number to your account and have enabled SMS password reset in your settings, you can receive a SMS (text message) password reset code. Read more about this here.

I requested a new password reset, but it isn't arriving in my email inbox.
Be sure to check your junk or spam filters on your email inbox. Many small domains filter our emails. Search for any emails from "Twitter."
Enter your email address on the password form instead of a username. This will ensure you're checking the right email inbox. This will ensure that we're sending the emails to the inbox you're checking.
