A U.S. Soldier works alongside a local contractor to put final touches on windows they recently installed at the Femo Kulakov Kindergarten in Negotino, Macedonia. The 412th Engineer Company out of Scranton, Penn., began renovation of the Femo Kulakov Kindergarten in early August. They worked side-by-side with nine Macedonian soldiers and two local contractors. The contractors from the company MEDA-3 provided all 120 frames, 250 windows, 14 doors, and on-the-job training to both Macedonian and U.S. Soldiers on the proper installation of the doors and windows. The renovation project was completed Aug. 25, and a dedication ceremony was held Aug. 26, 2014.
