Service members from the Senegal Army, U.S. Navy Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 22 and the U.S. Air Force 130th Security Forces Squadron, West Virginia Air National Guard, pose for a photo with women from at their farm in Nianing, Senegal, Feb. 27, 2016. The service members built a fence around the farm in support of a U.S. Embassy Dakar funded project during Flintlock 2016, a U.S. Africa Command sponsored exercise for Special Operations Forces with more than 2,000 participants from 28 nations in Africa, Europe and North America.
