GRAFENWOEH, Germany - U.S. and Finland sailors conduct tests during Combined Endeavor (CE) 2012, at the Joint Multinational Training Command, Grafenwoehr, Germany, Sept. 6, 2012. U.S. and Finland sailors conducted Command Operational Picture testing to ensure systems work together. CE is a multinational command, control, communications and computer systems exercise designed to build and enhance communications and network interoperability between 41 nations and international organizations.
